We persistently receive calls from this number. When I answer the call there is no one there. When I call the number back I get a recording that says that the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. How can I keep this number from calling my phone? It is annoying and ties my phone line up when I might be receiving important calls.

Four calls in a short time. I don't answer calls when I don't recognize a number. I had emergency medical issues going on with friends and finally answered to be safe. No response. I called back. No response. These calls came within 1/2 hour and after 9:30 p.m. WRONG! I can't even turn my phone off because of the emergency situations going on right now.
